iMPACT  Models is an international boutique scouting and management  Mother Agency based in Czech Republic and Milan founded by Eros Pioltini and his wife Sarka.

Eros is a long time talents scout and agent who spent  the last 12 years working at Women Models Management  one of the most prestigious agencies in the fashion world.

During his experience  discovered and believed in what was just a visions  at the beginning, and along with good management strategy,they become what are today called top models.

Sarka has been  modeling  for nearly 16 years. She  worked with some of the best designers in the industry  and here some of her latest campaigns
